Whether you're a resident or industry expert, Cobuild is here to help bring your big idea to life. We help architects, engineers, and builders, gather support for housing projects by enabling early participation and backing from residents.
The result? Only the best real estate ideas move forward.
We're here to help residents, architects, and contractors build homes they love.
What we are.
We're a community - architects, engineers, and contractors, working collaboratively to build great homes and neighborhoods, backed by participating residents.
Who we are.
Make a difference.
By empowering residents with a clear voice in the development of their home and community, early buy-in is obtained and only the best ideas move forward. The result is happy residents and a stronger community.
A better way.
Architects are best positioned to tease out resident requirements but all too often they are not involved at the outset. Architect designed homes are not a luxury but a necessity.
Contractors have an incredible amount of know-how that can be deployed early on in each project saving time and money, and ultimately resulting in a better end product.
Here to help.
Whether you're a resident, architect, engineer, or contractor, Cobuild is here to help bring your big idea to life.
If you're an architect with a unique approach to affordable housing, a retiree exploring rural living with friends, or even a contractor with better way of building, we're here to help. We'll find support in the community to make it happen.
Meet the Founder
Paul de Meo // Founder & CEO
Paul wants more people to live, work, and play in homes and communities they love - places that have a transformative effect on their lives.
Before Cobuild, Paul founded and ran an English construction firm delivering over $100M in design-build services on a variety of projects. Whether the typical day involved evaluating submissions from local nurseries or running design meetings on renewal energy installations, Paul loved the work.
Paul holds a B.S. in Project Management for Construction (honors) from University College of London and an MBA from Rice University in Houston.
When not building, Paul can be found chasing his kids, running with his dog, or kayaking in the hope of eventually catching a shark.
